If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at info@euphoriajewelsco.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, your item will no longer be eligible for return.

If you decide to return an order, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.


Return Conditions

Our customer service team will review your return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Be unused, in the same condition as received.

Items with defects such as:

  • Damaged products
  • Folded tags
  • Broken seals
  • Damaged plastic packaging

will not be accepted.

If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased from wholesalers
  • Incorrectly purchased items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Euphoria Jewels reserves the right to reject any return.


What if the item received is defective or incorrect?

Please contact our customer support team at info@euphoriajewelsco.com to initiate the return process.

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the item (if applicable)
  • Full shipping address
  • Phone number

In some cases, we may require a video or photo showing the defect in order to process a refund or replacement.


How long does the process take?

The return process may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

  • For approved returns, a full refund will be issued for the returned items.
  • For non-defective items, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request.

How can I change or cancel an order?

You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Your request (change or cancellation)
