Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellation

If a customer suspects unauthorized or fraudulent use of their card when making a purchase, they must contact us within 12 hours of the transaction.

Within this time, we can cancel the order free of charge, prevent shipment, and take preventive measures.

If no notification is received within this timeframe, the order will be processed and shipped as usual, and the customer will be responsible for all associated charges.
